Sho-Je Downs
One of the few failed terraforming, but inhabited planets. Sho-Je Downs proximity to the sun makes it a challenge to keep cool. The population lives entirely underground where specialized series of tunnels and inverse-greenhouses (cool rather than heat) produce the food for the planet. The desert planet does possess significant mineral wealth, much of it near the surface, so it continues to host a small population.

- Summer 2522 - Security increased when threats were made to the Lithium processor demanding that they stop selling to companies contracted by the Alliance. Thus far, the plants remain in operation, and sales continue.
