Silver Surfer

Capsule: The Silver Surfer was born Norrin Radd, citizen of the planet Zenn-La, populated by a race of humanoid beings far more technologically advanced than Earthlings. In fact, Zenn-La was so advanced as to be a sterile utopia. Norrin was one of the few of his race still possessed of adventuring spirit.
One day, Galactus, the world-devourer, came to Zenn-La. To spare his people, Norrin made a bargain with the cosmic entity, agreeing to become Galactu's herald and search the universe for other worlds Galactus could devour. Galactus agreed and transformed Norrin into cosmically-powered Silver Surfer.
The Surfer rebelled against his master when Galactus visited Earth. He fought alongside the Fantastic Four to repel Galactus and was exiled to Earth for his troubles, trapped by an energy barrier Galactus had erected. After years on the planet Earth, the Silver Surfer finally gained his freedom and returned to travel the spaceways.

Notes: The Surfer is perhaps Marvel's most powerful superhero. His Cosmic Power is extremely versatile and should be able to create any effect through the use of Power Stunts. I chose not to make his surfboard a device, but simply a descriptor of his Flight power. That is because it's pratically impossible to steal or destroy his board (he can not only mentally summon his board to himself, but also instantaneously recreate it in case it's destroyed). The Blast represents his ability to mentally command the board to slam against enemies.
