Found at the side of the road as a puppy by Sovereign’s Finest, Spinner was raised by members of the organization and taught a strong sense of heroism and defending the weak. They have spent most of their life assisting the Finest in police work, so they were a natural choice to ask to help with the Silence of Elsport.
