Bishop Elena Koikova: Chief Ministorum representative upon Port Wander, Bishop Koikova is a zealous woman willing to bargain with the agents of Rogue Traders to see the Emperor's cause furthered on both ends.
Sister Maria Bianca: Sister Famulous of the Order of the Key, she is a bald, middle-aged woman with a golden Aquila tattooed on her forehead. Currently infiltrating/investigating the twin worlds of Ordu and Aganhei.
Battle-Sister Irina: Sister of the Order of the Valorous Heart, in charge of Bishop Koikova's protection detail.
Maccabeus Quintus[edit]
Cardinal Amadeus Knight: Large, tanned, short-cropped blonde hair and beard, bionic arm. A war-hawk and supporter of the Margin Crusade and the war effort in the Spinward Front. Not afraid to beat assassins to death bare-handed.
Deacon Theophil Knight: Son of Amadeus Knight, he's a polite, efficient young man who recently took an assassin's blade through the gut, being saved only by his lord father's invoking of the Emperor's mercy.
