Port Wander[edit]

Commander Larius Sans: While nominally outranked by several officers holding lesser offices on the station, Commander Sans' word is unquestioned on the station.
Rear-Admiral Theodosius Cromwell: While nominally in charge of the Naval Dockyards, Admiral Cromwell' long and colorful history leads to him being informally the person to see if one wishes to ask the Imperial Navy for a favour. A stern man in his worn uniform and his (mostly salt) precisely trimmed salt-and-pepper beard, he is often blunt and straightforward in manner. He cannot stand to be in the presence of psykers and often distrusts Rogue Trader dynasties, although Lisette Tremlett has impressed him favourably. Often an appointment with him will start with a cup of tea and a long period of silence, during which he examines the petitioner minutely. It is rumoured that he even kept a Throne Agent waiting for well over half an hour in this way... although it is nothing but rumour.
Commodore Adolphus Morgan: Admiral Cromwell's aide, this tall clean-shaven man is easily recognized by his impeccably starched uniform and pinched face. Found striding from one side of the port to the other on his superior's errands, his mild manner belies his status as one of the best marksmen and duelists in perhaps the entire sub-sector.
