Think of Flatfoot as having drawn the Npc motivation cards of Hearts Ace Justice and Clubs 3 Low violence. He's an honourable law abiding guy driven angry by injustice and he's seen, experience and had to deal out violence throughout large portions of his life. He's a bit saddened by it but not intimidated by it or slow to use it if warranted. He's accepting of his TacName given early on by those that took him off of Nex. He's well aware of it's history amongst Solomani as a derogatory term for Police, but he's proud of his service. Beware anyone who suggests he was just some Teddies bully boy.

Personality: Quiet and driven. Nearly a decade as an insurgent has forced Kazi to become the very sort of person he would have scorned or persecuted had he been allowed a privileged upbringing. He deplores tyranny and seeks justice wherever and sometimes however possible. He values results, not social position. The irony of this reversal is not lost on the young man; nor is the stroke of good fortune that landed him into the Hiver Academy.
