If you're a potential member of the working group, that mean's youre a potential player who is willing to ask questions and come up with ideas. Feel free to comment on how the game can be improved.

There are some risk factors to discuss. Please understand that this is my first PbP DM attempt. I've DM'd games before and haven't been totally laughed at more than a few times, so there's at least some perception that I can run a game. We all bear a responsibility to communicate problems if we see them. Players can critique the game without repercussion; the better my DM skills the happier I am. I will communicate to the players when I have personal or game challenges.

My games tend to be story oriented. There are things going on and the PCs are able to interject themselves into whatever stories they're interested in. There's some expectation that the PCs can have a major impact on things, if they so choose.

The PCs are certainly in the top 25% of the populace, capability wise. Of course, that means there's about 24% of the population who can give you grief. Assume there's at least 3-5% of the people you meet who can take you out and not really break a sweat. Often a PC will set a goal to reduce those percentages and in the game there will be lots of opportunities to do so.
