This is my homebrew Tonbo Shugenja School and not a conversion from earlier canon versions of the Tonbo Shugenja School. I made it because the militant shugenja school in the 3E core book was more about buffing than about throwing fireballs. That, and I wanted a set of schools designed to fight the Lion. --qzujak49
