Home to August and his followers, who were decimated by Dog for some crimes. They were often in conflict with Roark and her scavs for butting in on artifact digs, but has become more isolationist lately.

The name comes from the sign of the oldplace they inhabit, CHAPEL RECORD STORE. They have an old hand-cranked sound system that is the only one around - maybe at all - that can play music without it being blasted into glossolalia by the Storm. They can only play the records they have inside the store, so it is a closed system.

Being a source of music and beauty, they draw people who want to pay for the privilege and/or become initiates.
