So, there's no shortage of events in the past that haven't been worked out to exact dates. The game takes place roughly nowish (Summer 2018) and will get nailed down more precisely if and when it becomes relevant.

But, then there's the other stuff. The cornerstone date here is the ritual at the Basilica 3 years ago, as it's one of the few things with even a vague date.

Anyways:

Now: Stuff happening.

Over the week: People start looking for a Neanderthal child (or at least those looking are suddenly more noticed), most likely Amelie. Morgan has had the horrifying version of the spider dream every night.

One week ago: Rhea had some kind of vision of Simone dying, and became convinced that one of her children, Amelie was in danger and needed to be found. A flurry of unnatural phenomena surrounded the vision, including the change to Morgan's dream. Technically, there is no other confirmation of Simone's death at the moment.

11 Weeks ago: Morgan found out she was pregnant.

12 Weeks ago: Derrick XY left to help out some friends, and broke contact shortly thereafter with Morgan.

18 Months Ago: New Tartessos is completed.

Just over 2 Years Ago: Simone meets Emily for the first and only time, giving her Tommy.

3 Years ago: The Basilica Ritual, in which the bones of Nathan's mother were buried was done under the supervision of Rhea. Something went wrong, caused by interference from Derrick and his allies. As a result, Rhea laid some kind of curse to ruin the relationship between those who wronged them and their children (well, she did not include the one female member in the curse). As of yet Morgan doesn't know about this and how it affects Derrick. Rhea brings Nathan in on this ritual (and he meets one of his half siblings for the first time).

5ish Years ago: Rhea first approaches Emily about the real truth, the real work. They find Themis and the three working together establish the Daughters of Gaia.

7ish Years ago: Thomas Draper dies after a long period of illness. Emily, already pushed to the fringes during the illness, abandons her promising start in her career to pursue this line. She begins obsessively looking into solutions to disease and death. In this obsessive start, she makes contact with her one time roommate Erica. They'd fallen out years ago because Erica had gotten weird... and that's exactly how they fell back together.

2007: Nathan gets shot, dies and comes back. A month later Simone finds him and tells him what he's long suspected, that his mother died in 2001, when the dreams stopped. Now the dreams begin again, but they're of strangers, not his mother. Simone is kind and understanding, but she isn't forthcoming with answers, saying that Nathan's mother wanted him to pursue his own dreams.

Early 2000s: The Whisper War occurs. Clara and Simone are participants. They don't seem to talk about it much. It's around this time that Nathan sees his mother for the last time, and then stops having his dreams. (There's some editing here. Previously these events happened when Nathan was 11 and in 2007... I think we had a different age for Nathan in an earlier draft, or I muddled something. Putting it as one of the mysteries of the Whisper War fits, though. So now, Nathan stops having the dreams in his late teens. Let's say 2001, so when he's 18. The money let's him go straight into college. In the absence of Nathan's mother (I really need to name this woman) her cult collapses. Or perhaps the events surrounding her death destroyed the cult. Also around this time Erica and Emily meet in college, and Erica also meets Priy and her teacher in the arts of Vestimancy.

Before 2000: For some amount of time Clara Boyle and Simone Svandize serve under the cult of a woman they believe to be the Living Goddess. She scatters children across the United States and Mexico (at least) and forms
