Character Backstory[edit]
An athletic archer who's a party-girl heiress into extreme sports by day. She didn't know her father was a superhero until the day he died fighting his nemesis; after that, she used her inheritance to kit out a high-tech, battle-hardened wingsuit and take up the mantle. Not her father's mantle exactly, though - he was Aquila de Nieve, a gadgeteer focused on ice powers, as befit the owner of the largest HVAC supplier in the desert Southwest, and neither that level of engineering nor the whole cold thing really fit her. She's Arrowhawk.
- Heiress to the largest HVAC contractor in the desert Southwest, started by her grandfather when he immigrated from Mexico
- Spent most of her time on extreme sports, with a side of being a party girl
- Her father was actually the superhero Aquila de Nieve (Snow Eagle), a gadgeteer focusing on cold, but she didn't find out until his death
- Refocused her life on fighting crime, with a stylish hawk-inspired wingsuit, extreme human-level physical prowess, and hi-tech bow & arrow
- Still a party girl in her alter ego, somewhat playful in costume but serious-minded
- Yes, she's a lot like Batman and the Green Arrow, though neither of them have a superhero legacy to carry on

Actually the mother Mari never knew; she was bitten by a radioactive Horned Devil while helping Alberto with an installation in buildings on the White Sands Test Range, but unfortunately her new powers drove her insane
