The Path of the Inner Flame

The Elves of the South have a seemingly bewildering array of divine beings in their folklore, none of whom they worship per se. Instead, most follow the Path of the (Inner) Flame. This is a mystical belief pattern in the divine nature of all things, one that serves a 'secret fire', the source of joy and life. Envar is a cleric of the Order. Any Elf who dedicates them-self to the Inner fire learns clerical spells in place of magic user spells.

There is an inner council, open to High priests and other powerful believers. They are known as Servants of the Secret Fire.
