Background
Franklyn grew up normal , as most kids did , But he did have an aptitude for music. things were fine until High School when he tried asking out well..the wrong girl and not only was embarrassed completely at the school assembly where she publicly turned him down, But earlier her Real Boyfriend put tons and tons of Colon Blow and exlax in his coffee.
Told to be there at a specific time , he made it on time. His stomach in knots the entire time(possibly due to the gross ammounts of wrong things in his body or maybe hoping for a yes). He was then told no in the most horrendis way insulting him and his parentage ( for he was just average lower middle class , not poor enough to be poor but just bad off enough to have to fight for everything.) He wasnt good looking , just plain. He wasnt even a good student aparently B's werent good enough.
He was then told he wouldnt ammount to anything but a janitor cleaning up other peoples crap. So he did what any guy would when in front of the school assembly at this time, he ran away. As he turned and ran though his tear stained hand hit the electrical panel and electrocuted him. He survived. Made a mess of his pants..but survived And got a superpower. He also could no longer use the washroom. His Goal to be like all the other heroes..that girl was right ..he could clean up other peoples crap..by being a super hero.
He tried to join with other people with superpowers but they didnt take him seriously , made fun of him . And told him his power wasnt good enough to be a real superhero.
In the end the hatred and prejudice he ran into has horribly hurt him and turned him into a villian of sorts ..only because he now needs money to live and cant work with people anymore.
powers
Franklyn has a very peculiar power , the ability to make people use the washroom, oh they can try to resist but it becomes very uncomfortable to the point of pain. In the end no one can resist it.
Weakness One of his weakness's is well he cant touch people anymore or else they succumb to his powers immediately, which means he can no longer date girls. He found this one out the hard and VERY messy way. Pepto Bismal it gives him stomach cramps and takes away his powers temporarily...but not skin contact power much to his dismay.
personality He is a sad sad man , who wants to be good and have friends and a family but prolonged contact with him could result in death by dehydration due to the Runs. And this hurts him more than anything which made him turn to a life of crime to gain money.
desires To get ride of this power by any means neccessary, something that may be detrimental to him for there are rumors of Omega looking for people that are socially crushed and giving them what they want...sort of. (think Apocolypse from the older xman cartoon with the 4 horsemen , he'd make a great pestilance)
