Dear Ms. Flynn,

A great deal of time has passed since I last sent you a letter, though perhaps far less has passed since you have received one. It is a strange world we live in!

I am not sure where you are staying now, but since there is a reasonable chance it is New York, I felt I should let you know of some additional information of which I have only recently become aware. This might be old hat to you, but if not...

There is, apparently going to be some sort of devastating attack from "Outsiders" in New York City, some time in October. It is not clear to me how widespread the damage will be outside of the city, but it would probably be best to stay far away, if possible.

I have some money stashed away, so if you and your friends need assistance to (temporarily) relocate, let me know, and I will see if I can have it delivered to you all.

I have also reached out to Boyar Rulianoff (sp?) to see if assistance could reasonably expected from that quarter.
