Armorers: +3.75/unit (conscripts don't need armorers)
Quartermasters: +2.5/unit
Officers: +2.5/unit

4 master armorers (each has 2 journeymen and 4 apprentices): each can support 2 units of any type and creates 2 silver/week worth of arms and armor.
6 quartermasters: every unit needs a quartermaster otherwise its supply cost increases due to inefficiency.
0 marshals: A single marshal can train 1 unit at a time. Anyone with Manual of Arms is a marshal.
Any marshal can train conscripts into light infantry.
Jing Li can train Heavy Infantry, Archers, and Cavalry
Niu Pa can train Heavy Infantry
Wang Dihao can train Light Cavalry
Xie Xhao can train Heavy Infantry and Archers
