Tiwen Finister, Tiny Wise Woman

Tiwen is a tiny, unattractive woman in the late years of her life. She can normally be found pottering around her curio ship in a large, tough, leather apron with a headscarf over her thinning hair. Her face is warty and wrinkled and she has a shrill laugh. She is a good woman though who can be relied upon to lend a helping hand for a reasonable fee. Possibly due to a lack of her own children, she looks kindly on lost-seeming young folk that come her way.
