Traiders:Gola Republic

The Gola Republic is an alliance of west African, Caribbean, and and Black communities in North and South America, although not strictly ethnic or racial in character. The Gola Republic also includes various mobile communities of traders that operate out of cargo ships in the region and it is largely funded by the oil trade. However, the oil business is not what it used to be, so the Gola Republic is essentially a highly efficient e-Government service run out of modest facilities on St. Helena Island.
