Vera

Appearance

While bearing a distinct resemblance to her older cousin, Vera is still distinctly different enough to not be a mini-Vicka. She is a little shorter, though that might not be saying much, as she is also several years younger. Her hair is dark brown, and a good deal longer. Also, she does not wear glasses, and can seem disarmingly (some might say deceptively) cute. She is more lively and energetic in her everyday motions, but with noticeably less self-control and less of a poker face.

Backstory

Vera's family was unhappy in a different way from Vicka's. While her father was kind and caring when he could afford to be around, her mother had died in an accident when she was still young. Perhaps it was a result of this that her older cousin had become such a hero and a role model to Vera. Having a great deal of freedom from an early age, she used every opportunity to hang out with her and follow her lead. As a result she was often used as a pawn in Vicka's ongoing war against her parents, yet never seemed to mind her role. It was Vicka's disappearance that eventually brought Vera out of her dream, though a desire to make new, less boring friends may have had a part in it as well; unable to find her partner in crime, she set out to find her on her own.

Personality

Vera's defining trait is that she is very sociable; or, annoying and talkative. While neither stupid nor particularly malicious, she is definitely rather immature, and prone to acting that way. She hates being alone, and snapped out of the dream the moment she realised that she more or less was. As such, she is likely to pester people for their attention and love - no matter how they treat her in return. Also, she more or less blindly hero worships her cousin, and often tries to imitate her, which can fall flat as she is nowhere near as strong-willed or as acerbic.
