Woman aka The Psychiatrist
She has no name. She artfully dodges the question when asked. She is vivacious, perceptive, and tenacious in her interrogation of the crew. She was brought into the investigation--it is implied--by Cmdr. Wise and has demonstrated some pull with the man. She is also suspected of engaging the talents of a Reader during at least one interview, though nothing to that fact can be proven.
- Was also in ultimate charge of at least two programs and projects, as revealed in Episode 512: Unusual Alliances, for the express purpose to protect the Alliance.
