Description:[edit]

He's a good-natured dark haired man in his mid-thirties with a slightly ruddy face that seems to fade from memory when you take your eyes off of him in a crowd. His eyes are open and alight with enthusiasm behind a pair of severely cracked and blood-spotted glasses. His body is almost completely unextraordinary. His build is average, corpus is symmetrical, until you get to his feet. Through an extraordinary mishap involving a bargain-basement Masquer and an attempt to get his feet shaped so he could run faster, he looks like something out of Jurassic Park from the calves down. Black scaled digitigrade feet end in vicious-looking (but completely blunt) talons. It's been a year since and Vince has given up hope of catching the fraud who did that to him, and he's been too interested in his work with the Legion of Fate to think about it too much.

The rest of his corpus includes a leather jacket over a blood-stained t-shirt with some worn slacks.

In life, he didn't get out much, just went to work and did the old 9-5 grind (although in this economy he was thankful for it). That changed when he took a split second crossing the street on a rainy day to pick up a cellphone that had slid out of the purse of a woman in front of him. In that split second, a car in a spin-out sideswiped him, shattering almost everything in his chest. He died before the ambulance arrived.

But now...now he has all the time in the world, and so much to see. If it weren't for his Shadow, he'd probably be content to exist as a Wraith forever. New York City alone has mysteries and secrets that could keep him occupied for centuries! He thinks it's strange that it took him dying to finally grasp the spark of adventurousness that had been laying dormant in him all along.
