Notes[edit]

Initiate of Brother Dog. Great Hunter. Has the Storm, Disorder and Truth runes. She's loyal, but she likes kicking the hornet's nest and says and does exactly what she's thinking. She doesn't really fit in anywhere, which pains her, especially since she knows it's often her own fault. Refuses to join the Orlanth cult out of sheer stubborn contrariness.

After Hecis tried to poison Altmor, and given repeated exposure to Bluebird, Wullunga has devoted more thought to the world. More and more, she's convinced that the monarchies are unjust and must be opposed. The strong should protect the weak, and all systems are corrupt. Nobody's position should protect them from consequences, and no king is greater than the people. She helped Vertanthi kill Sorsen for killing the Windberry Tree, and she's considering murdering Hecis.

Wallunga has been declared the Chosen One of the newtlings, and is considering how to defeat their ancient foes and restore their sacred statue. She takes this very seriously, even though she will miss using the statue arm as a poking tool and thrown weapon. The Black Oak Stave was traded to King Skilfil for training with the Hawkiders and the Yelmalio temple; this decision was made because the group is putting down roots in Trilus and she didn't want to get too bound up with the people there. Also, she likes Yalaring, and knows he would end up regretting the offer to adopt her.

Wallunga helped lead Sylvanthi to Blueface, and surprised them both by asking to be trained as a shaman as well. She left without saying a word to the group, and spent a year as Blueface's lesser apprentice before gaining a fetch and binding a smilodon spirit to her service. Her friends don't know what she's doing or where she is, or even if she's still alive, but that will change soon. She's covered in blue tattoos now, and carries a flat drum, pungent herbs and a bunch of little fetishes with her.

Valuables: 1980L, hunting horn, bracelet of smilodon claws, necklace of wolf teeth, cave bear cloak (each of these she has taken in melee combat). Gratuitious amounts of training from the Hawkriders and the Yelmalio cult in Dykene.
