Short, muscular Han with friends in low places. Yip Fan has prowled the streets of Shanghai for his entire life. He is, quite simply, a common criminal; enforcer, thief, burglar, lookout... he'll do pretty much anything for cash. He's most popularly hired as muscle due to his high level of competence in Wing Chun. It's something his father taught him and perhaps his only family heirloom. However he sees it as purely a fighting skill and no more. Currently he takes any job he can and has had contact with many of the local gangs at one point or another. Yip is a popular foot soldier, nothing special but he has a reputation for being competent.
