Yren

The Yren are a post industrialized species that stand at roughly two to three meters tall. They have purple skin and may exhibit protruding calcifications on their backs, faces, and extremities. The Yren live on only one world in large dome cities controlled by powerful corporations, though small rural areas exists. While the Yren have developed sophisticated communications they have not yet developed FTL or terraforming technology save for several corporate owned moon bases (which employ similar technology to their dome cities). The atmosphere of Yuj (The Yren Homeworld) is dangerously polluted for continued Yren inhabitation.

This planet is currently protected by Galatic Law, contact with humanity is punishable by seizure of all assets and imprisonment in a livable environment for the remainder of a perpetrator's life. This term of imprisonment shall not exceed 1 galactic cycle.
