Editing The Doctor

Looks a lot like a skeletally gaunt Doctor Doom in matte black armor and a tattered gray cloak (he wears one because it looks dramatic, and being clothed makes him feel more human). Kinda acts like Doom, too. He remembers little of his life before the change, and reveals even less.

Originally designed for the retrieval and re-integration of malfunctioning cyber-organisms, the Doctor's main abilities are two-fold. First, a complex array of powerful sensors and co-processors allows him to perform the extremely delicate operations necessary in the neurological maintenance of cyborg units. The array also gives him remarkable powers of observation and tactical analysis, the better to track down and subdue rogue cyborgs. Second, two networks of microgenerators built into his hands can project arcs of electricity at targets up to about two meters distant; the current can be fine-tuned at will to disable a target without lasting damage.

Having awakened in the middle of grafting a new brain into its box, he took the whole thing very personally. The initial shock has been replaced by an implacable determination to Set Things Right, no matter what. They who did this to our world will pay.
