The party finds itself in Cormello's Cove - a pirate haven near the Gradora Straits. They have learned that the straits are the possible source of the most recent Zwarm attack and have been sent by Destiria to investigate. Once docked, they observe that everyone appears to be wearing striped sashes. Janitor creates absolutely perfect counterfeits, but they are quickly discovered anyway. The sashes are given only to those who prove themselves worthy of mingling with the pirates of the cove. The crew is given the chance to brave the most dangerous parts of the straits to hunt and bring back a ripper shark. Doing so will prove themselves.

The Mulish Mermaid careens madly towards a terrifying section of razor coral in the Voidsea. After a series of heroic efforts, the crew manages to navigate successfully to emerge into an area teeming with life. After waiting for the ripper shark mother to leave, the crew snags a baby shark and successfully returns to Cormello’s Cove where they turn over the slain creature in exchange for a reward. Afterward, they spend time at '''Dire Straits''' to learn more information about the Zwarm Ripperbrood attack on Glassfall, and quickly set out to return with their findings and report to Destiria.

**Janitor goes below decks and funnels his energy into the Mermaid’s gemcore.
**Gobi pilots the fuck out of the ship.
**Bravado hoists the mainsail and goes below decks.
**The mast begins to shudder and the ship becomes less stable.
**Gobi sends Junior to hug the mast and keep it intact.
**Bravado looks around for something to fix and finds nothing like a dumbass.
**Janitor knocks a tumbling Tap into a less-dangerous spot.
**Janitor patches up some of the damage but lets the Voidsea pee on Bravado.
**Bravado ties sexy knots around Tap to keep him from moving.
**Gobi stabilizes the ship with a cool little stabilizer thingy.
**Bravado heals up Bo. 
**Gobi warns everyone that Bravado’s going to do a thing. Everyone panics.
**Bravado rushes over to the spanchor and releases it.
**Janitor uses Misty Step to bring the spanchor back up. Bravado takes credit.
**Gobi pilots the fuck out of the ship.
*Gobi burns Bravado. :(
*They all spy out the shark area and wait for mama shark to leave.
*Janitor sneaks up on a baby shark and steals it. Bravado kills it.
*The crew returns to the Cove and hands over the shark. Paid 250 gold each.
*Janitor plans to purchase trade goods at Cormello's Cove to sell at Glassfall.
*Gobi talks to Soren and gets details about the Zwarm / the cult that summoned them. Soren offers to take them to the zwarm itself. 
*The crew decides that this info is enough to take back to Destiria.
*Bravado be vibin’ with his 3 dance party clones.
