== Humans == Humans are largely from the Solar System, with Sol declared as neutral ground. They are often described as rash or curious. Human beings are primarily of Solar descent, but not always. The humans control several major factions in Space: including the Republic (Americans), Caithness (British), Deutchland (Germans), Nihon (Japanese), the Corsairs (humans of Black American descent who were led into those systems of space seeking "Black Freedom"), and the Outcasts (humans of Hispanic Descent). Rumors tell of a Soviet Union in space (Russians) but they must have colonized space outside the 50 L.y. sphere. Humans in New Space have all tried various eugenics programs, and have sought to build Utopias of human culture (the Corsairs being a notable example). They also tried various genetic programs to increase the quality of their genetic stock. For the Most part, this is reflected in the Stat Bonuses shown: === SpaceMaster Stat Bonuses === AG: +2 Co: +2 Me: +2 Re: +2 SD: +2 Em: +2 In: +2 Pr: +2 Qu: +2 St: +2 RR Mods: * Poison: +0 * Disease: +0 * Fear: +0 * Psychic: +0 Body Development Progression 0 * 6 * 5 * 2 * 1 MP Development Progression 0 * 7 * 6 * 5 * 4 Soul Departure 12 rounds recovery multiplier 0.9 times Race Type: 2 -------------------------- 4th Edition Science Fiction stats Ability Scores: +2 to one ability score of your choice.
