 1) Sarmatian Commonwealth, from eastern Curonia.
 2) Jurgis is at the average 5'6 height, pale and black-haired like most other Curonians, and wears practical trousers and heavy boots, but as part of his cover, wears the trademark long crimson coat and black sash of Sarmatism.
 3) Jurgis emphasizes a tad of Curonian accent, again to keep up his cover image.
 4) Jurgis' goal first and foremost, is to help make a greater Commonwealth, bringing it out of the paralysis and into the nation it could be.
 5) Jurgis is a capable swordsman and a jack of various trades. But this means he's a master of none. Also, while he's trained to use his words as much as weapons, thick intricacies of etiquette do annoy and wear him down.
 6) Jurgis enjoys his native cusines, but extremely spicy or rich foods upset his stomach.
 7) Jurgis is used to planning out his actions, given the complexity and consequences of his work. 
 8) Jurgis fears a few things - beneath his certainty that scheming nobles cannot undo the work Golden Liberty, he still fears the prospect. And more than anything, from a young age, he fears the dievas. He knows what happened to his father.

 10) Sarmatia has been freed from the librum veto and the blind paralysis of the Sejm, but its future must be secured for certain.
 11) Beneath the surface, Jurgis has contempt for the vain, indolent wastrel Montainge nobles and their feckless Le Empereur.
 12) Jurgis' direct loyalty remains to his longtime master, the man who he thinks can save the Commonwealth, the only one who should rule, Stanislaw II.
 13) Jurgis hasn't had time for love or marriage prospects.
 14) The Opalinskis have been in the service of the royal line for decades. Jurgis' father disappeared after a frightening encounter with a disguised dievas, one Jurgis witnessed and knows his father is long gone.
 15) Mother knows he was always serious and focused. There wasn't much true levity and humor from him after her husband was taken.
 16) No. Jurgis is an Eastern Hero - though he believes in Golden Liberty, he is prepared to take the murky actions that will be needed to counter the work of enemies. 
 17) Jurgis is a syncretic Vaticine and native beliefs. He loathes the Inquisition however, and Cardinal Verdugo. One of the things he skeptically asks (but never in public or to someone less than trusted) "If this is the time of the Fourth Prophet, where is he? Does Verdugo think he's the Fourth?"
 18) Jurgis is a member of the Duelist's Guild, more secretly he is also a member of Los Vagabundos. His and their beliefs and goals align greatly.
 19) Despite the Church's prohibition, Jurgis is too pragmatic to overlook working with sorcerers if necessary.
 20) Don't get complacent, Jurgis. This is going to be a wild ride.
