He cannot stand to be in the presence of psykers and often distrusts Rogue Trader dynasties, although Lisette Tremlett has impressed him favourably.  Often an appointment with him will start with a cup of tea and a long period of silence, during which he examines the petitioner minutely.  It is rumoured that he even kept a Throne Agent waiting for well over half an hour in this way... although it is nothing but rumour.<br>
