If the action fails, add a die to the Doom Pool equal to the normal rating of your power die. *Limit: Conscious Activation - If stressed out, asleep or unconscious, shut down Perfect Form. Recover Perfect Form when stress is recovered or you awaken. If you take Emotional Trauma, shut down Perfect Form until the trauma is recovered.
