Mindful of the image he must present to the outside world he lives in all the luxury commensurate with his standing when outside Sanken, traveling in comfort and accepting only the very best money can buy in food and lodgings, attended by a number of well-trained and faithful servants. 

Besides many other precious things are counted among his personal possessions the ''Cloud Racer'', a yacht capable of high sea sailing, and the ''On Wings of Mela's Blessing'', a fast air ship following the newest breakthroughs in non-artifact machine flight. Both are crewed only by the best and most loyal, naturally.
