===Communication===
You can communicate over a distance using a medium other than your voice. Choose a sense type as a medium for your communication (infrared, ultrasonic, radio, or mental communication, for example). You may also use a special sense type (neutrinos, gravitons, magical sendings, and so fourth). Communication is instantanius with any subject within your range. The recipient of your communication must be within range and have a means of perceiving your transmission (a reciever of some sort; 1 rank in any mental ability is all that's needed to recieve mental communication). You can recieve Communication of the same type as your own. Recievers can choose to ignore you communication, if they wish. Communication is language-dependant; you and the subject must speak the same language. Your communication is point-to-point.

* Rank 01: Effective range of 15 feet.
* Rank 02: Effective range 0f 30 feet.
* Rank 03: Effective range of 80 feet.
* Rank 04: Effective range of 125 feet.
* Rank 05: Effective range of 300 feet.
* Rank 06: Effective range of 700 feet.
* Rank 07: Effective range of 4 miles.
* Rank 08: Effective range of 15 miles.
* Rank 09: Effective range of 26 miles.
* Rank 10: Effective range of 50 miles.
