=Ruler= Nibiru is currently ruled by Queen Galadriel Ziegler, a wise, powerful and very beautiful woman with both Ziegler and high elven lineage. Beneath the Queen is the Council of Visionaries, where the leaders of each House gather to discuss important matters of the realm. It is crucial to note that every member of the Council is considered equal, no matter their status, though in practice the heads of the five Greater Houses tend to overshadow the others.
