==Characters==
One player must choose to be the driver. The actual race and class of his or her character is entirely up to the player, but the character must possess the skills necessary to drive a Road King. The ability to navigate cross-country may be useful as well, however, navigational skills will not be required as the route will be prearranged and known to the character. Should more than one player want the role of the driver, which really places them in a position away from the action more often than not, we'll dice for it. 

As a concession to the driver's position, being unable to engage in the action beyond maneuvering the Road King, all other player characters are subject to his or her approval. Otherwise, virtually anything goes. Any race or occupation described in any ''Rifts'' supplement or any character from another game line converted to the rules that the group agrees upon is acceptable as long as the driver approves it.

In the event that nobody wants to play the driver, I will use an NPC and all characters will be approved by me.
