Splintered Paddle is a nigh-invincible warrior king who takes the form of a river dragon and ended uncounted years of warfare; it is perhaps unsurprising that some of his subjects treat him as a god. He does not encourage the practice, but neither does he discourage it; if it helps to keep the peace, then so be it.
