===Sapra=== This small fishing and trading community is the only one on the island of Ilighôn allowed to exist. Over time, Sapra has been a haven for those men and women seeking to be free of the tyranny of wizards who abuse their magic. They fight a population issue, because Sapra cannot exceed its boundaries or impact on the area due to the druids' edict. This is making property values and lodging costs skyrocket.
