==Donovan's Fey Powers==
Some of the small or general powers he has had all his life.  The others he has gained after walking the pattern but he has yet to find someplace and “BE” fey long enough to gain all the fey powers.

He is royal blood on the fey side so when he spends about 20 pips on powers the rest will start to get easier.  I'll have to think on that.  In roleplaying it out taking time to gain powers would mean not having to pay pips for them.  

For example.  
*Donovan finds a fast shadow with abundant fey life.  He greets the local fey rulers and lives among them.  They are shocked to find such a higher fey willing to spend time with him and all the fey of the realm want to spend time with him.  He helps with fey issues, maybe even dealing with fey predators.  
**He lives there for 200 years.

* Donovan returns to Nu Yark and goes to the Fey Swirls there, becoming part of their ruling bodies. Has much the same effect on the fey there, with them eager to associate with such a fey.
**He lives there for 100 years.
**This has the advantage of other relatives dropping by.

*Donovan goes to Mandalay and greets the Fey there.  
**lives for 200 yeas or so.


After some suitable RP time frame he would gain all the powers since he would be training them with local fey.  He would be able to come and go for RP purposes but they would all be seen as settling down and maturing.

Maturing in Amber would be hard because of the time frame but a lot of the Fey from Arden would follow him to wherever he did go.  Probably a lot.  He has a growing faction among Arden Fey that returning the Stone got started.  He is something like 4th or 5th in the line of Succession.  Under Titania are 3 children, including Elfwyne.  Cyrene is her sister and Donovan her only child. Claiming his position publicly in the Fey Court would be a huge step.  But he is also of Julian's Blood.  That means an Amber linieage but also a Prince's title in Adagalasck.

===Small Abilities===
Generally a Fey will have some of these depending on race and personal condition. 
*Immunity to Sleep magic. This is a general immunity and high power effect can put Fey to sleep. 
*Resistance to charm magic
*Climb with ease: This is a calm understanding of natural surfaces.  While it can be used on structures it is far more oriented toward trees and rocks.
*Pass without trace. This is knowing how to move in and environment in a way to not disturb the ground and foliage on it. A skilled tracker might till follow them. 
*Identify plant.  This represents the vat amount of plant lore taught Fey.  If they were on a world where they had no experience they might identify plants in comparison to plants they know.   
*Leap and land: fall distance depending on Strength 
*Starve:Time able to go without food and water depends on Endurance
*Sense weather: This is the hairs on the back of the neck feeling when certain types of weather may occur.  Rises in humidity, oncoming storms.
*Recall terrain
*Lock Door-Unlock door
*Faerie Fire: 
*Swim as fast as running on land. 
*Blend with plants(Camouflage)
*Shapeshift to alt form: Among the more powerful 1 pip powers this manifests as a fey having an alternate form as part of their nature.  It may include one elemental form but in that case it is a racial things.

Donovan has not picked an Alt Form. He would have been assumed to be waiting as its a sign of full fey maturity. It would be assumed his form would be a great form;Stag, Eagle, Hippogriff, unicorbin, horse.. Not a big Nagini snake though that would be a legitimate choice.   Whatever main alt form he takes will follow him for many years. 
===Advanced Fey Powers===
*Rest with nature (recover endurance twice as fast)
*Call animal- This lets him call an animal for a short time.  It makes them somewhat more intelligent and able to follow direction.  Take a message, get more of their kind, open a door, etc 
*Speak to Animals-Conversational at the intelligence of the animal.

*Animal bond:Bonds to one animal.  This is essentially call a familiar.  He can call something like one a year.  They become more intelligent, helpful, communicative.
===Master Fey Powers-4 pips===
*Create Magic Circle: Creates a magic Circle, sometimes of mushrooms, that protect the caster from certain types of creatures.  Someone inside can not be charmed or possessed.  Rings last an hour to indefinitely, based on the caster's psyche.
*Commune with nature.  Gain a general perception from plant and animal life in an area. 

The master powers he has he has had all his life.  He must either spend a bunch of pips, 20 at least to buy powers, or establish an RP situation like above.
