*Born 3793. His father was a Ranger and his mother a member of the Brownie royal line. She became disgraced by the bonding and the child. Both are deceased. Spent 100 years in the Elven compound in the Ice Wastes.  During this time he trained in Fey powers gaining Advanced Status in their use.
* Joined Amber military in 3993.  Served 200 years before becoming the Elite for Duncan, Son of Julian.  Soon after joined the Rangers.  After 300 years as a Ranger and Duncan's Elite he became the Bookkeeper for the Rangers.  Since then he has held every clerical job the Rangers have or need. 

It shouldn't be assumed he is a harmless book worm.  He just doesn't like camping.  As a member of Julian's inner circle, with Duncan, he was a member of nearly every important activity of the thousand years.
