X-INT had become aware that Jana Guiteriez, reporter and the most famous alien abductee in recent history, had surfaced in Portland, trying to stay undercover. Agent Virginia Bryan took Extreme Maintenance Division with her to retrieve the abductee for debriefing.<br>

During the investigation, it quickly became apparant that another faction was attempting to grab her. Fake FBI agents had the apartment where she was staying under surveillance. After evading them, her friend was able to provide a computer that directed the team to where Jana was attempting to acquire false documents to flee the city.<br>

Sleeper agents in the guise of police officers attempted to kill her, but the team was able to intervene and save her life. Enroute to pick up, they were ambushed by a group of sleeper agents that we know have identified as EXALT operatives. Bringing in overwhelming force, the team managed to take cover and fight off the assault, until the Skyranger arrived to evac them.<br>
