*Hailing from the jungles of the East, Weaver was bitten by the vicious Aranxian Tyrant-Eater, a spider whose venom is strong enough to wear away at the body of even a Tyrant Lizard. Refusing to die, she lurched through miles of untamed forest-land until she reached the border of Halta, and Luna, impressed by her tenacity, kissed her on the forehead and left her shifting mark upon her. She has stayed in her warform for years now, and is always much amused by newcomer's reactions to her appearance. She is rather guileless and almost always optimistic, She loves children, and is surprisingly accepted around her home as "The Spinner Who Comes Bearing Gifts", for her habit of leaving dolls of soft spun silk at the doors of couples with newborn children. She makes money by taking commissions on her weaving, making such wonders as ropes that can bear great loads, light gowns and clothing that can provide as much protection as chainmail, and once, an entire hut that withstood a hurricane.

And all that was before she met Ten Thousand Steps, a Chosen of Journeys that she saved during an unfortunate incident involving Raksha and the ground. They fell in love, and after months spent together in the jungle, Steps returned to Yu-Shan to join the tiny Silver Faction, but this time offering a powerful member of the Silver Pact as a contact. They share the dream of a way to unite all of Creation together through communication. 
With help from her Sidereal lover, she knows that she’ll be able to find a way to tie all of Creation together so that it’s population may speak to and help one another no matter the location...

But first, she has found Lookshy being assaulted by the Mask of Winters and has chosen to leave her mountain lair and her experiments to help save them. She cannot allow Lookshy’s resources to fall into the hands of that undead abomination.
