The physical forms, such as they are, of the Sovereign Host exist in the 5th Dimension.  Likewise, so do all of the Dark Seven and the Spirit of the Silver Flame.  The spirit of Il-Yannah the Eternal Light was driven from the dimension of Dal Quor by the Dreaming Dark and currently resides in the Fifth Dimension.  It is likely that the Overgods of other Multiverses inhabit their own versions of the 5th Dimension with beings like Ao residing on them.

The physical form of Bahamut also exists here while Tiamat's lies in the Far Realm.

Karin, as the only Animal Lord to have recalled her true nature, is the only one who can project herself to this Realm.  Though is possible that Herne and God Usagi might well now possess the ability themselves.  It is this realm that the Watchmen's holographic imager briefly reproduced the effects of by recording its interaction with Pre-Siberys death Syrania from 10,000,000 years in the past.
