==History== Raised in a humble monastery in the Scavenger Lands, Valahu Tishann's childhood was a fairly idyllic and peaceful one, full of laughter, merriment, and martial arts practice. This all changed not long after her thirteenth birthday, when Tishann discovered that she liked boys (and girls) a bit ''too'' much for the monastery's strict rules about segregated, one person only, sleeping chambers. So she left. After the better part of five years spent wandering the highways and rivers of the Scavenger Lands, dodging bandits, rapists, and other ne'er-do-wells, Valahu Tishann stopped over in Nexus for several months. Only a few days before she was planning to leave, on what was, although she didn't know it, her eighteenth birthday, Tishann awoke to find a strange box at the foot of her bed which hadn't been there the night before. Curiosity getting the better of her, she opened it to find a pair of strange bracers and a note reading 'To the Worshipful Daughter of the Unconquered Warrior Maiden: Greetings. Although I never had the chance to meet you while I lived, I would just like to wish you good luck in your time as one of the Exalted Chosen of Mars, Maiden of Battles, and to say that I hope these Perfected Kata Bracers serve you well. With pride, your previous incarnation, Martial Wing Lover.' A few hours later, the newly Exalted Sidereal was walking into Yu Shan for the first time, and towards her new Celestial Manse. Three years later, the Worshipful Daughter of the Unconquered Warrior Maiden has just graduated from training in the skills required of her as an agent of the Bureau of Destiny, and been named to an influential sub-committee. It is her twenty-first birthday, and only the pattern spiders know what lies in Fate for her.
