=Personality=
Splintered Paddle is a Big Guy, with all the power and fury of a river dragon, and that makes him all the more aware of how easy it is for people to get hurt. He's always been a pretty gentle guy at heart, but with the strength of Luna flowing through him he has to try twice as hard not to break things that shouldn't be broken. Of course, people are often misguided, and sometimes, whether he likes it or not, they ''need'' to be broken. Splintered Paddle does what he can to keep the peace, to control the violence, but sometimes that just can't be done. When that's the case, he's willing to do what's necessary--but he makes ''damn'' sure that it's necessary, first.
