== Background == Albrecht begins his life in the Mortuary of Kaalon. Found face down in the mud, having imbibed poison that would have killed a normal man, he was pronounced dead and taken to the Mortuary. Somehow, he managed to awaken before they began his autopsy and has discovered that he has no memory of his past. Due to the fact that he was sporting the credentials of a Accuser of Tyros from the city of Moonport, people have assumed that he is in fact the man that his wallet identifies him as. Albrecht also believes such is the case due to the fact he seems to know a great deal about the laws of Winterweir. Albrecht, privately, suspects that there's more to the story but he's not sure how to proceed in investigating something that is so opaque. On occasion, he has nightmares of great winged beings and battles across the Heavens. In any case, Albert has taken up the position of an Accuser once more, after taking several tests to prove that he can still do the job. So far, he's managed to dazzle the individuals with his masterful charisma and ability to spot lies in his opponents. It's been six years since that occasion and he's died several times since then. Chief amongst the changes of his life have been the acquisition of [[Trucy A'Turran]], an eight Rabbit Valken that he found abandoned in the streets. Adopting the girl as his own, he is no closer to closer to finding the truth about his past. He has created a large network of friends and associates that put him better on the ball with Alfein's many problem than most. He currently lives in a boarding house with his daughter, that doubles as his Law firm. [[(Winterweir) In Search of the Unknown]]
