They use their favors to arrange for there always being several Nobles coming for any particular area an Excrucian might have appeared near, that they know about, acting to move everyone against the Enemy.

Thanks to the massive favors owed to them, they are one of the most powerful Chancels around, at the moment.

Along with several personal friends across several Chancels (Light, for instance, is a friend to Glass, and Death is friends with Shadows).

Currently, they are starting to get into conflict with Chancel Decarabia, a group of Nobles serving a Fallen Angel.
Both Leviathan and Meganekko owe them favors.
