=Backstory= '''When did your first learn of your doom?''' Well, doom came when the world ended. When the forces Steerpike unleashed blew the previously undiscovered Colombian super-volcano, human civilization as anyone knew it was no more. That's not going to happen for another 51 years, but it's still Doom. '''Where did you get your Sanctuary?''' It's my temporal anchor, a null-time, trans-phase space, that fuels itself on the eddie churn of quantum foam in the margins of the event-flow. Yes, I know; I had to have it explained to me a lot before I got it, too. Anyways, the Bubble was waiting for me the day I got deputized in a mission to save the future by going into the past and making sure none of it ever happened. It's a pretty nice place, good views of time and space to even if it's not super easy to get it to show you anything you WANT to see. I tell the others I fell into it, like it was waiting for me somehow... which is not quite a lie. '''Why do you oppose your nemesis?''' To save the future... duh. This one-way trip is already a death sentence for me... least I can do is make sure mankind gets to stick around after I'm gone. '''Who outside of the team, is crucial to defeating your nemesis?''' Professor Eberto Ionio, aka fifteen year old Ebbie Ionio. The Doc gave everything to get me here... and if anything happens to his younger self, who knows what would happen?! '''Why does the team matter to you?''' I tried to do this alone... but I couldn't. I don't know where Steerpike is, or even WHO he is, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do to get things back on track. Besides, compared to the last six years of my life, it's nice to have... fun with people again.
