A typical elf of the wastes of Athas, C’hel drifted away from his tribe to ‘take advantage of the chaos surrounding Raam’ he told them. The truth being he was seeking an excuse to escape his enemies, the templars of the city-state of Urik. He doesn’t know what they want with him, nor does he want to slow down long enough to find out. At a glance he appears to be a typical elf, tall, slender and with features weathered by the sun and burning winds of Athas. Scars cover his forearms and shins, his hair bleached white by the sun the only raw parts of him are what is covered by his giant hair armor which none except his tribe are known to have seen.
