Unbeknownst to Ivy, he's also got a twin sister named Violet that has yet to make an appearance. Ivy, unlike the other children, was largely raised by their father Rose whom imparted a great deal of wisdom and knowledge down upon him. Unfortunately, unlike Ivy and Blossom, he's also the child of Khyber and this resulted in him being forever marked with a dark heart that he wasn't aware existed within in his soul. |
Ivy Galan had his soul 'magic jarred' into that of the Lord of Blades by accident during one of his brothers early magical experiments. This awkward situation persisted for some time as the two of them traveled around Khorvaire in the vain attempt to discover a cure for his condition. Ultimately, Ivy regained his body but the price was that he would develop a pathological fear of being outside of a suit of armor. To this day, very few people can tell the difference between the Ivy of then and the Ivy of now. | Ivy Galan had his soul 'magic jarred' into that of the Lord of Blades by accident during one of his brothers early magical experiments.
