Lilly, as a paladin, is intensely religious but his faith is somewhat questionable.  His most commonly cited god seems to be Dol Arrah but he seems to have no real idea of what she's about except that she's 'The Paladin Goddess.'  Lilly's actual faith seems to be a combination of Judaism (substituting Half-Elf for Jew), worship of the hand puppet Banjo, and spiritual facts taken from the Final Fantasty games.  Oddly, Dol Arrah seems to have special favor for Lilly and has named him her Chosen.  This may explain why he keeps his paladin abilities despite grossly violating any and all sense of justice in the name of EXP.

'''Magical Abilities''': Lilly is not actually a very good wizard but his absurdly high intelligence has given him access to the most powerful of all attack spells in the Dragon Slave (actually a supercharged 'Delayed Blast Fireball') along with other ridiculously potent abilities for his age.

'''Roleplaying Hints''': Lilly is a lovable goofball for the most part.  He's noble and decent with an eternal love of Elina that has caused him to literally face eternal damnation without blinking.  Its difficult to hate him in part due to his lack of common sense.  Nothing seems to be able to get him down or stop his optimism that he's the hero that'll save the world.  Lilly is something of a lothario though as its implied he's been involved with a number of women aside from Elina, though he sincerely loves her.  Also, though its not commented on, Lilly is a psychopath and mass murderer.  Only occasionally does this become noticed but he's prone to berserk rages and massive acts of slaughter that give even Tirmek pause.  Lilly is quick to cover these incidents up with a comment of "Uhh, they were evil."
