Background: Lilly Galan is the son of Rose Galan and the elf Zella, though he erroneously believes he's the child of the Demon Dragon Queen Khyber. Born with a twin sister named Blossom, Lilly and she were promptly packed off to Paladin School where they were separated by dormitories. Factors that became increasingly clear upon his arrival in Paladin School was that Lilly was an idiot savant, accent on the idiot part. An absurdly low wisdom combined with inhumanly high intelligence actually made him capable of casting godlike spells that he memorized by sneaking over to the Alchemists school. Only by raw use of magical items and high physical attributes did Lilly manage to graduate to become the 'Half Metal Paladin.'

Believing his mother dead, Lilly joined up with his younger brother Ivy to immediately begin questing across the four Nations of Eberron to find the Sorcerer's Stone (because Brelish are too dumb to know what a Philosopher's Stone is). Becoming one of Karrnath's State Wands, he soon found himself inspiring the adventures of a certain anime series. Said anime series seems to miss that Lilly's behavior during it was a great deal more violent, surly, ridiculous, and insipid than ever could have been allowed even on Adult Swim. Ultimately, they successfully aquired the object and promptly forgot what they were going to use it for before returning to the Forgotten Freedom

Upon arriving on the Forgotten Freedom, Lilly Galan promptly set himself up as something of a main character despite the fact that he was the only man to ever lose an arm and a leg on the first five minutes of a quest. Now sporting warforged grafts, he has learned a great deal about dealing with his enemies in a constructive manner. This mentoring by Terra, combined with her providing him enough magic to survive by common sense (abet just barely) has allowed him to become a great champion of Good! Unfortunately, he frequently fails at this task and his chief motivation seems to be tormenting the cat Tirmek while trying to win the hand of the Lady Elina. His antics have also earned him the appellation "The Spoony Paladin."

Lilly, despite being of questionable superheroic skills, is actually party to a number of events that has made the land a safer place. His most frequent and hateful enemy, after Tirmek, is the terrifying Lich Mordain Fleshweaver (whom seems only to barely acknowledge his existence). Lilly attempts to ape his father in his "generations old quest" by adopting the attire of Link during the times that he faces his old nemesis. He has yet to successfully destroy Mordain despite his best efforts. Other victims have included battles against Khyber itself, the Hags of Droam, the Space Armies of the Empire, the Lords of Dust (that he wiped the majority of out of existence), and the Flump Nation that he has largely annihilated.

Lilly, as a paladin, is intensely religious but his faith is somewhat questionable. His most commonly cited god seems to be Dol Arrah but he seems to have no real idea of what she's about except that she's 'The Paladin Goddess.' Lilly's actual faith seems to be a combination of Judaism (substituting Half-Elf for Jew), worship of the hand puppet Banjo, and spiritual facts taken from the Final Fantasty games. Oddly, Dol Arrah seems to have special favor for Lilly and has named him her Chosen. This may explain why he keeps his paladin abilities despite grossly violating any and all sense of justice in the name of EXP.

Magical Abilities: Lilly is not actually a very good wizard but his absurdly high intelligence has given him access to the most powerful of all attack spells in the Dragon Slave (actually a supercharged 'Delayed Blast Fireball') along with other ridiculously potent abilities for his age.

Roleplaying Hints: Lilly is a lovable goofball for the most part. He's noble and decent with an eternal love of Elina that has caused him to literally face eternal damnation without blinking. Its difficult to hate him in part due to his lack of common sense. Nothing seems to be able to get him down or stop his optimism that he's the hero that'll save the world. Lilly is something of a lothario though as its implied he's been involved with a number of women aside from Elina, though he sincerely loves her. Also, though its not commented on, Lilly is a psychopath and mass murderer. Only occasionally does this become noticed but he's prone to berserk rages and massive acts of slaughter that give even Tirmek pause. Lilly is quick to cover these incidents up with a comment of "Uhh, they were evil."
