*Description: A strapping lad of average height, but uncommonly broad shoulder.  He is armed head to toe in mail, and his tabard bears a sign of Heironeous.  The sword strapped to his side seems as out of place on him as it would on a kindly farm boy, so strongly does it contrast his broad grin and mirthful brown eyes.
*History and Personality: Gregoire is a True Believer in Heironeous, with the full measure of both advantage and disadvantage that absolute certainty provides in a world governed by uncertainty.  He is outgoing, kind, and selfless to a fault.  His capacity for wrath is such that someone who met him on the street would not recognize him on the battlefield, but fortunately his wrath is reserved for Evil.  He was terribly wounded in battle three years ago, and though the wounds have healed Gregoire remembers nothing from before that day save only his first name, his paladin training, and his faith in Heironeous.
